4-H Junior Camp Video
We can’t wait to take our 4-H members to camp! July 7-11, 2025 will be an awesome week for Henderson County as we will be taking our 4th-6th graders to camp at Lone Oaks 4-H & Youth Development Center located in beautiful Middleton, TN. It is just a 1 1/2 hour ride to camp. The week that we spend there will be the BEST WEEK EVER!
It is a beautiful camp filled with more fun activities than your 4-H member can do. The lake is enough to keep them busy. Certified lifeguards are on duty with kayaking, fishing, and swimming activities. The list goes on with many more fun things to do at Lone Oaks!

CAMP FORMS
There are NO MORE SPOTS FOR GIRLS as of 3/11/2025!! Please do not pay initial payments for girls at this time, only pay payment if prior to 3/11/2025! Please call our office to get on the waiting list @ 731-968-5266.
- Registration must be completed by completing the Registration form above.
- We will also need a copy of the F600A form linked above filled out and returned to our office.
- Payments may be made in full or by payment plan, no later than May 30, 2025 at the above “Payment” link or by clicking here.
- There will be a CAMP INTEREST MEETING on Feb. 24, 2025 at 5:30 PM at the UT Extension Office, 276 White Street, Lexington, TN, 38351.
- Camp PREP Meeting on June 9, 2025 @ 5:30 PM. This meeting is MANDATORY. We will be making sure that all information is turned in and getting everything together.
- If you wish to be considered for a camp scholarship, either partial or in full, please click the SCHOLARSHIP FORM above or visit us at the office to fill one out.
- ONLY SPOTS WITH AN ACCOMPANYING PAYMENT WILL BE HELD.
Junior High Camp
Junior High Camp will be at Lone Oaks 4-H Youth and Development Center this year as well. It is open to any 7th & 8th graders. You may choose from two different weeks to attend. Jr High Camp will take place June 30- July 4, 2025, and July 14-18, 2025. The theme for this year is Mission Impossible. Spots will only be held for a student who has paid at least 1 payment for camp. If you would like to attend Jr. High Camp, please give us a call at 731-968-5266.
Registration can be done by downloading and filling out this form and bringing to the Ut Extension office along with your insurance card/s. Jr. High camp is on a first come, first serve basis, with a max of 70 occupants each week.
