4-H T-Shirt Order Form
Digital Poster Winner, Wyatt Overman from South Haven Elementary, won our digital poster contest last year! We place digital posters on the fundraiser t-shirts for the next year. All monies raised will go back into the 4-H program for camp and other events! These shirt orders are due back in our office no later than October 9th. Please drop all shirt forms back at our office. You may place in the mailbox if it is after hours. We are open from 7:45 AM-4:30 PM Monday through Friday.
